many with ocean views. Balconies, kitchenettes and whirlpool
tubs are also available. For questions about a particular

Reservation Policies
- Check-in and Check-out Times - Check-in time is
3:00 pm to 10:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 noon
- For the comfort of all, The Colonial Terrace is
100% non-smoking and does not allow pets
- Cancellation Policy - 7-days notice required for
cancellation; 14-days notice for stays of five days
or longer
- Deposits - Advance deposit required for confirmation
- All rates based on double occupancy per night
